Skill: Be able to use art as a means of self expression

What Did We Learn:

We learned about the elements of art: Colour, Line, Shape, Texture and Space. We added texture to provide contrast and shadow to our mountains. We used watercolour techniques to create our galaxy sky choosing a cool or warm palette. Students needed to create value in their colour choice by adding more or less water to their paint.
